Who is responsible
CloudForge is operated by CLC Technologies (Pty) Ltd, Cape Town, South Africa (the responsible party under POPIA). Use the contact page for any question about your information.
This website
This site measures its own traffic with the platform's first-party analytics: the pages you view, the time, your browser and device type, the country and city of your connection, and the address of your connection, which is kept for a limited period and then deleted. No cookies are set for analytics and nothing is shared with advertising networks. The contact form stores what you type so that we can reply.
Signing in
Sign-in uses your Microsoft account. We receive your name, e-mail address and account identifier, and keep a record of sign-ins for security. We do not receive your password.
Sites hosted on the platform
Each hosted site belongs to its own tenant, which decides how its visitors' addresses are handled (stored, masked or hashed) and for how long traffic data is kept. CLC Technologies processes that data on the tenant's behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to us through the contact page; we answer within the periods POPIA sets.

This page is dated by the platform version that serves it and is updated when the facts change.
